Concrete Garages

For concrete garages we deliver to nationally including some areas of Scotland. Please note that each area has its own price list. For timber sheds we deliver nationally excluding Scotland.

For our concrete buildings we require a 4-inch-thick poured level concrete base with at least 2 inches of mot type 1.

It must be at least 4 inches wider and longer than the measurements of the garage.

We do offer a base laying and removal service with our recommended base layer who has 40 years’ experience so you will be getting a quality service.

Please note steel reinforcement can also be done, but we only do this if requested by you.

Timber sheds, we require a level concrete pad, this could be paving slabs or a level concrete base.

If this is not level the shed will not build correctly.

Our concrete garages come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Our timber sheds do not come with a guarantee, if something is not right with the shed in the first few weeks, we will help to rectify any issues.

There are so many options for our concrete buildings, we have lots of upgrade options and sizes can be done close to what you require.

You can have doors and windows where you would like on the timber sheds, and we offer many different sizes and 2 different roof options, Apex or pent.

This is subject to where you live and the size you require, we always recommend that you find out from your local planning office before ordering.

99% of the time this is not required, as our concrete garages do not exceed the height and most do not exceed the square footage you are allowed.

Yes, in most cases, we can do site surveys for our Concrete buildings.  We do not offer site surveys for Timber sheds.

As we are agents, we only take a deposit by card over the phone, or bank transfer, the remaining balances are paid to the manufacturers close to fitting.

We are very fortunate to be able to sell for, Dencroft concrete garages, Hanson Garages and Nucrete. This means that we can search for the cheapest garage for your area without you having to look for this information.

Please note that you do not pay anymore for the concrete buildings using us, we use the same price list as the above companies. Any discounts they have on at the time of ordering would be discussed with you, so you can be assured you are getting value for money.
